THE LOVERS
This work dates from 2002 pictures the secret of love; Hidden from the prying eyes and the constraints of tradition. In the remote areas of Africa where forced marriage is a common practice, the young lady is promised to an older man but, she secretly meets the younger man whom she loves. They cannot be together because he has no dowry and is of no importance. Therefore, to her family this makes him an unsuitable candidate.
