Fall 2006: World premiere of Sigui Siguila Siguiya, a play written by Amadou Kone, and directed by Roger Bensky. This event took place at the Davis Performing Art Center at Georgetown University in Washington DC (USA).
The poster and the invitations used at the event were inspired from Pascal painting, “Presence”. Pascal’s Paintings were on display in the theater through the duration of the play.
Miss Congo USA 2005 in Virginia (USA); at this occasion Pascal’s paintings emphasis the ambiance that was created to represent the Congolese culture.
At a West Indian Gala 2005 in Martinique, Pascal paintings captured the story of the people from the period before they were taken into the captivity to after they settled on the lands of their captors.
2006 in Martinique, Pascal meets with Mr. Aime Cesaire a well known French Martinican poet, author and politician. “That encounter will remain the most emotional one of my life” says Pascal about his meeting with this icon who showed great interest in Pascal’s work and greatly encouraged him.
